RHL - Steady and Strong
Are you unsteady on your feet?
Have you had a fall in the last year?
Could you benefit from better balance?
Then come and try our Steady and Strong classes
Set in a fun and friendly atmosphere, this class consists of evidenced based exercises that improve balance, stamina, strength and flexibility.
These help to maintain mobility improve confidence and independence to aide with daily tasks and activities.
One hour class followed by half an hour for tea and coffee!
