What is Health Circuit?

Our Health Circuit class aims to improve general fitness and is particularly suitable for adults with long-term health conditions.

It is also beneficial for those who haven’t exercised for a while but who feel that they would benefit from becoming more active in a supportive environment, or for those who are already exercising but who want to further improve their health/fitness.

 
 
 

What will happen in a Health Circuit class?

Our fun and friendly low-impact circuit style classes use a range of different exercises to improve your general health and fitness, with a focus on aerobic performance, strength and functional fitness.

The exercises are carefully chosen to help you improve your day-to-day quality of life, whether that is helping rehabilitation after an injury or illness, completing daily tasks with more ease, or going for longer walks.

Clothing simply needs to be comfortable and should not restrict your movement i.e gym wear or loose trousers would be ideal – avoid jeans or a skirt. This class should be done in comfortable supportive shoes such as trainers.
