RHL UPDATE as at 27.03.2020
Further to government advice we have sadly had to suspend all our exercise and rehabilitation classes, along with social sessions. However we have been working to collate ideas, information and virtual exercise opportunities to keep you busy and healthy at this difficult time. We hope you find the links below useful. Where possible we will keep updating this with new information, so please do let us know of anything you’ve found which others may also find useful.
