Further to government advice we have sadly had to suspend all our exercise and rehabilitation classes, along with social sessions. However we have been working to collate ideas, information and virtual exercise opportunities to keep you busy and healthy at this difficult time. We hope you find the links below useful. Where possible we will keep updating this with new information, so please do let us know of anything you’ve found which others may also find useful.

The Shows Must Go On is a YouTube channel bringing you showtunes, backstage access and full performances from some of the best loved musicals in history!
Every Friday at 7pm there is a full length Andrew Lloyd Webber musical (eg 17th April, The Phantom of the Opera). Available for 24 hours only, so don’t forget!

The Great British Home Chorus
British choirmaster, composer and TV presenter, Gareth Malone, has launched an ‘at home’ digital choir to boost the nation’s morale during coronavirus self-isolation.
His heart-warming new initiative, ‘The Great British Home Chorus’, has been designed to bring together both amateur and professional performers around the UK by encouraging them to sing with others online.
