What will happen in a ‘Keep Moving Keep Fit’ Class?
The class starts with an easy-to-follow aerobic routine to prepare and warm the body. This is followed by more simple movements, accompanied by music, that will increase your heart rate with the goal of improving cardiovascular fitness. Towards the end of the class we’ll include some exercises to help encourage muscular strength and endurance. You’ll finish with a lovely full body stretch.
Most exercises are completed whilst standing, with the occasional exercise seated in a chair. |
