Join our FREE friendly support group which offers weekly Zoom Coffee Mornings, monthly Zoom Expert Talks as well as monthly Face to Face Socials in Aldershot and Basingstoke. We all have different long term health conditions but we often have similar symptoms and side effects. It can be easy to feel isolated and on your own but we can help!

BE HEALTHY BE YOU WEIGHT LOSS COURSES
No judgements, no public weigh ins, just down to earth advice to help you get back on track and losing weight! We run a variety of daytime and evening courses, both face to face and on Zoom so there’s something to suit you. No calorie counting, just easy to follow nutrition and exercise help. Weekly individual feedback on your Food & Exercise Diary. Need some accountability to help motivate you? We can help! Our weekly sessions plus our Facebook Group really help to support each other, swap ideas and keep that motivation up! Our course includes some free exercise suitable for your fitness level.
