Promtional Terms & Conditions - Offers / Discount Codes

Occasionally RHL will issue offers / discount codes via various marketing channels. These codes may allow a discount to be applied to your class booking for an order placed via a phone call to our customer services team on 01252 957430 or via email to classes@rhl.org.uk. When calling our customer service team to apply the code / emailing, please inform them of the code before you begin placing your order.

Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Codes are valid for a limited period of time as specified in the marketing communication, and cannot be used outside of that time period or backdated by RHL. Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended or extended without notice.

Promtional T&Cs Autumn Zoom Offer

1. Offer starts 00:01:00 BST Thursday 1st October 2023 and ends 23:59:59 BST Sunday 10th December 2023.

2. Classes booked before or after the promotional period will not qualify for the offer.

3. We cannot backdate the offer to any classes booked outside the times stated above, or to any classes booked without applying the code at the time of booking.

4. Once a class has been booked, we cannot change any prices or retrospectively apply a discount.

5. The discount price will be applied to your first month’s payment.

6. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code.

7. Offer has no cash alternative.

8. Offer subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn by RHL at any time without notice.

9. RHL reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

10. All bookings are subject to completion in full of RHL’s PARQ form and subsequent review of your PARQ form by the relevant RHL tutor to ensure that the class is suitable for any health conditions that you have noted. You must inform us of any conditions / medication that would affect you taking part in your chosen class.
