Join our Nepali fitness community in Aldershot:

Our weekly exercise sessions will not only improve your flexibility, strength and stamina, but will also provide education regarding ‘how’ to exercise and how to work at different intensity levels.

We’ll show you exercises that you can use at home, as well as suggesting other ways you can continue to improve your physical health outside of the sessions. You’ll also be able to get to know other participants and make new friends.


What to expect:

 

Friendly & inclusive atmosphere: we welcome adults of all fitness levels

 

Low to moderate-intensity seated workouts: led by a Nepali instructor
