Is your scouting or guiding group based in Rushmoor? RHL, in partnership with Rushmoor Borough Council, is offering free healthy eating workshops for young people from Sep 2024 to Mar 2025 (subject to availability).
Why healthy eating?
Statistics show that in Rushmoor, a high percentage of children are overweight by the time they start school, and this increases steadily by year 6. Hampshire County Council has provided a grant to address this issue through these workshops.
What to expect:
Interactive and fun sessions tailored to different age groups
Key healthy eating messages delivered in an engaging way
Workshops held on-site at your group's meeting location for your convenience
Due to funding restrictions, these workshops are currently available for groups in Rushmoor.
