Welcome to RHL

At RHL we deliver a variety of projects across the local community, working together with individuals, groups and companies with the aim of improving people’s health and wellbeing.

Whether it is through our exercise and rehabilitation classes or through health education, we are always working to make a difference to people’s quality of life in the community. We now work not just in Rushmoor but also in Basingstoke, Hart and Reading as well as delivering FREE NHS Health Checks right across Hampshire!

From Monday 12 th March to Sunday 18 th March we’re launching The RHL Great Step Challenge – our big fundraiser for this year! The Challenge is open to everyone, not just RHL Members – the more the merrier and every penny counts!

We’re challenging you to Step Up your fitness in aid of RHL, with  different challenges available - you pick the one that suits you! Do you want to challenge yourself to walk a certain number of steps or complete a circuit every day for a week with exercises that work for you? There are ideas for circuits for both Seated and non-Seated participants, as well as Cardio Circuits if you fancy pushing yourself even harder. The great news is that there’s something for everyone as we’re looking to get as many of you involved as possible. The idea is to get sponsored to complete your week’s challenge – with anyone who raises over £15 in sponsorship being entered into a draw for one of our fantastic prizes, including a Cinema voucher, Family Millers Ark voucher and a big Gift Bundle (including a rather nice bottle of Prosecco)! The challenge is open to everyone, so please help us by challenging your friends and family to join you – could you get together with family for some walks or challenge your friends? You can even link it to your Facebook page if you have one so friends can see how you’re getting on! For more details and to sign up please click on the ‘Events’ Page and follow the simple instructions.
