Why choose an online class?

One of our members explained why she attends our online classes….

It’s environmentally friendly as I don’t have to get in the car.
It saves me time, as I’m not driving and finding a parking space.
I love the chatting after class which is the only chatting I do to anyone who isn’t my husband. 
No chance of picking up Covid or flu or anything else on Zoom.
I help my husband and if he calls me when I’m on zoom I can run to him. Not true if I’m out at a class.

What will happen in a Zoom class?

If you are not sure how to access one of our Zoom classes just give our friendly team a call and they will talk you through it.

Once online, your tutor will welcome you into the online session and you’ll then complete your class in the same way as if you were face-to-face in one of our halls. You’ll need to make sure that the tutor can see you via your computer’s camera so that they can help you with any movements as needed. Some classes include an optional online social chat after the class.

Clothing simply needs to be comfortable and should not restrict your movement i.e gym wear or loose trousers would be ideal – avoid jeans or a skirt. Footwear needed will depend on the class chosen.
